Returns & Exchanges
Sincerely Designed will gladly accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is still in brand-new condition. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange, and understand that buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please let us know and we can discuss options.
Orders will be processed and ship within 5-7 business days of purchase via USPS First Class Mail. When your order ships you will receive a notification with the tracking details. Sincerely Designed is not responsible for any lost or damaged products once they've been placed in the hands of the USPS, though we are happy to offer help to the best of our ability.
How can I care for my earrings?
Treat your earrings with kindness! Avoid contact with oils, creams, and other cosmetics, and never swim, bathe, or sleep with them on. Handle them delicately and be aware that bending and pulling can lead to breakage. When removing the backs, do so gently and without excessive force.
Clean them by rubbing delicately with a light, damp cloth. If they need a touch-up from fingerprints, fuzzies, or discoloration by makeup or other sources, take gentle precautions to keep from ruining your product.
What hardware do you use for earrings?
For hardware, we use hypoallergenic metal components and clear silicone earring backings.
What if my earrings become damaged?
If any damage occurs to your earrings that is due to our oversight as a maker, PLEASE reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue. It is very important to us that you feel valued as a customer and that we do everything we can to ensure our work is the highest quality.
If damage occurs to your earrings due to wear and tear, discoloration, lost pieces or hardware, or other reasons, we are still more than happy to guide you in repairing them or receive them back for repairs. All repairs will be on a case by case basis and will incur charges for additional materials, labor and shipping. We all deserve an amazing, long-lasting pair of earrings, and this repair offer is amazing.
Do you do custom orders?
We love doing custom orders! However, please understand, we are only able to work on custom orders on a case-by-case basis. This can include custom color options, bulk orders, or other unique ideas.

Do you offer clip-ons?
Yes! In order to be inclusive of all earlobes, We do offer clip-on customization. However, not all earrings are clip-on ready due to size or other characteristics, so please reach out to us before your purchase to ensure that we can accommodate clip-ons for the pair you are interested in.
